Scheduling and Delivery
We will coordinate delivery times based on your requests. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control will be communicated promptly.
Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion unless other arrangements are made. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Prohibited Materials
Do not dispose of hazardous, toxic, or illegal materials in our Dumpsters. Violations may result in additional fees or service restrictions.
Liability
JC Floors & Junk Removal is not liable for damages caused by improper use or overloading of Dumpsters. Proper use according to instructions is expected.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for specific refund policies.
